The goal of this site is to educate and attract new comers to the Paso Fino breed. Postings are the sole responsibility of the person making the posting. Please try to keep from criticizing a person, horse, or farm on the open bulletin board if it could be construed in any way to be slander. This includes posts of horses for sale.
Slander is the oral communication of false statements that are harmful to a person's reputation. If the statements are proven to be true, it is a complete defense to a charge of slander. Oral opinions that don't contain statements of fact don't constitute slander. Slander is an act of communication that causes someone to be shamed, ridiculed, held in contempt, lowered in the estimation of the community, or to lose employment status or earnings or otherwise suffer a damaged reputation. Please do not use your Signature to bait, harass, or demean other Members. As this is more often done in an indirect or vague manner, to avoid response and responsibility, the final interpretation will be at the discretion of Staff. We reserve the right to edit or delete any content on this Board. We encourage the privilege that is freedom of expression, but not when it is abused at the expense of others' feelings. If you have any questions about this policy, please feel free to contact our Staff. If we ask you to remove something and you do not, you risk being warned or banned.

Chat Room Rules
There are currently three chat rooms. The General Paso Chat for all members, the Kids Chat, and the Adult Chat. The same rules apply for the chat room as the forum. If you are an adult and would like access to the Adult Only Chat, please contact admin.
Please report any rule violations in Chat to Admin or a Mod. Chat Room Rule violations are the same as forum violations and users will be held responsible for their actions.
