Flying out tonight for NYC!!!!
Pasosis and I arrive in the same airport w/in minutes.

Talked to PasoMom last night. She is doing great so far. Encounted some really bad rain and lightening in Georgia yesterday, but made it safely to the first stop. The horses are doing great, and Mom said the facility was beautiful. The barn owner especiall liked Tequila's color, and commented that she was going to be looking up our breed in a few years when she can't take the QH trot anymore. Mom is going to try to give her a test ride on the way back if time permits. :twisted:

I am leaving first thing in the morning to Middleboro MA. I'm going on a trail ride with Erin, Terri and Kim tomorrow afternoon. Then I'm meeting up with Abbie and Juan early Sunday morning and we are heading to NYC! Can't wait! I will meet you all there! And I think it is being televised on FOX, starts at 11 AM.

I'm getting so excited. I just got home about a half hour ago with the trailer from sue's. First thing in the morning I go to the barn and get everyone fed then load up Tino and I am off to Sue's to get him set up and a bath and everything ready for an early departure on sun!!! I just finished setting up the flag and getting my outfit all figured out. :D

I think it is channel 388. We have to pay for it, it's the channel that has alot of nascar races on it too.

Here is the official site for information on the parade. It is supposed to be in Spanish and English, but it's only in Spanish for me. One of the few things I understand is Ricky Martin with be there.

:evil: :evil: After getting the information about what channel the parade is going to be on I checked my programming guideand WOO HOO it was listed only i had to pay for it. NO PROBLEM! :D

Call provider and the all **** breaks loose. They inform me at forst if I want the one channel I can get it but I have to get rid of my other local channels AND it is againest Federal Government FCC regulations for me to have both. Even if "I" pay extra for it!!!! GRRRRRR :twisted: Now I am getting irritated.

Because I live in the south and have my own local channels I cannot get that channel network PERIOD!!! :evil: :evil: Against government regulations.

So now all i can do is look at the programming guide and SEE "National Puerto Rican Day Parade in New York City" listed. man this is garbage.

So in a nutshell even if you are willing to pay for something. YOU CAN"T GET IT. And I sit here and think all those folks who get somethign for nothing. How in heavens name do they do it.

Lori and Abbie you had better shine thru. I want to see those outfits in nice pics. On your horses. YOu two are going to be so beautiful!!!

Ok so today was fun. I drove the trailer on the highway in the pouring rain for the first time ever. It wasn't as bad as I thought it was gonna be. I am getting much more comfortable with the whole trailering thing. Tino is all bathed and settled in with his old buddys at Sue's house. Everyone one got a bath including me!! :lol: My new saddle fits perfectly. I can't wait to show it off it looks so awsome on Tino.

Me Too! I sure would like to be somewhere cooler! I went out to check the horses and a couple of them are all sweaty. Frost was soaked under his mane so I hosed him and I think I better get some braids in that mane of his! It will be cooler for him...I can make some big ones or it will take me days to braid it! I came in to cool down in the air conditioner and have to figure out a way to keep him inside in this weather. His shelter is so nice and cool with the breeze going through there but he won;t stay in(no door) . I am going to use 2 corral panels and make a petition in there so I can make a stall with a corral panel for the door.....already has 2 sides. Gonna be in the mid 90's for a while......

Well...since one of the two is a Pinto, I seriously doubt it is that one... :lol:

The other is not Capuchino, but Resorte...which is ok...I love my Resorte horses...!!
He is a Cosmos son...I believe that Cosmos is a very beautiful chestnut stallion...seems like I remember him from ads in the PFHW.
