To bad you are not looking for a gelding. I have a 17yr old gelding that is my husbands horse, he is no longer able to ride because of his health and I am thinking of selling the horse. My husband rode him till 2 yrs. ago at age 69. I got on him the other day and rode him after not being ridden for 2 yrs. and he did fine. No problems. If you change your mind and want a Chestnut gelding, let me know.

Paso Pleasure have you found your mom a horse ?? I have a beautiful imported Chestnut mare she is a daughter of Castellano, we imported here from Colombia in 2000, she has produced very well and is a blast to ride. Let me know if your still in the market and i will find her pics and video.

It looks like a well made endurance saddle with 'bucking rolls' or 'straps', or whatever you call them, on it...looks comfy...
