So some of you who are following my work horrors it still isnt over.

After going to HR after my completely insane, fauls acusational write up. I am now put on 90days probation.

OK, INSANE. HR didnt belive me I guess...

So I asked for a transfer, which would ultimatly be a demotion too HR passed me on to a Director of Operations who called a meeting with me.

Said he wasnt going to make it easy for me or this nut manager. That we had to try again to work this out.

I asked him how he could think this was easy for me, to ask for a demotion?

So now had a meeting w/ HR gal and nut manager about our Probationary Performance plan. It is basically me signing my job description again. so not too bad.

I brought up in the meeting how I would like nut boss to refrain from threats that she is going to make things worse for me, to quit stating she doesnt trust me every other day, to stop stating I have made a big mistake by going over her head. That these comments make matters worse and dont put things in a positive directions (which she constatly says to HR, that she wants things to be positive). IT is not nessasary to continue make these negative comments to myself or others.

HR got a eyebrow rais out of my comments but stayed quiet..

So today, she immediatly jumps on me, said I told you to completely clean off your desk at night and put everything away. You didnt do so, if you dont tonight your written up.

Well my side of that: She told me to clear off all confidential member info and loans, make a new cabinte in the office, which I did all these tings. But she never told me to wipe clean my desk..

Micro manager anyone? I am jsut waiting for them to let me go so I can get outta here. cant afford to quit at the moment. But I do have some leads...

Thanks for listening to the vent.

This just gets worse everyday here.. It is the worst thing not wanting to come to work anymore. Especially since I loved my job before she came....

Sorry. It is amazing how one person can ruin the whole work-place. Been there, done that. Hopefully never again.

Hope things work out.

Yeah, today is just getting worse..

However I did get a much better answer from the director about why I wasnt ok'd for the transfer, the job I wanted to transfer to is no longer a job title here at the CU. Aparently they are rolling out a whole new reconstruction of the Credit Union and jobs are being changed.ssoooooo

Anyone know if a job in MO/AR/WA that pays atleased $17hr and either a credit union loan officer job, or I would really love to work at a state/matl park as the entrance person of gernal staff!

Belive me I am seaching for a new job just havent found any yet..

I feel for you. I've been there with a crazy manager before. I transfered to a different job. It did take them a year to finally get tired of the stuff from that manager and make him leave (choice of leave or get fired).

My experience is you can never win against management. Get a different job. It's not worth it.

Go on-line and start searching. Isn't it Monster.com that does jobs?

Hang in there Pasofan, when one door closes, another one opens. This one could be closing so you will "see" the other door when it opens!

Keep the faith girl!

I am SOO sorry you are going through this. It has to be very stressfull.

I _really_ hope you find something better soon and can get out of there. Crossing my fingers and everything else for you.

My mom is going through the same thing at work herself. She is surrounded by idiots. She is just waiting on our old house to sell so they can sell theirs and move out here and retire. I feel horrible we are holding them up. She spends as much time on the road doing trials as she can to stay out of the office.

Great Googley Moogley! That sounds like a hostile work environment to me... Your manager sounds like a whack-job. Be careful.

you know she really is a nut. Deranged at best.... She makes up conversations she insists we've had, says I am insobordinate ect.. Then she sucks up to the staff makes me out to be a bad guy... Except my teller supervisor, she too felt her wrath awhile ago when she tried to oust both of us, but she then thought twice, figured I was her biggest threat and set her sights on me.. aaahhh

I pray every morning on my way to work for God to please get me thru the day.... So far I can make it...

This woman just came here in april w/a hostile takeover, I am just dumbfounded as to why she had been like this? Even her 1st day she was crude, I cant believe HR hired her...

sorry, just keep venting, it feels better that someone listens... :D

I went thru something similar with a major corporate computer company. I eventually got layed off because of the conflict when I spoke out about it. I heard some time later (but much later)...that guy who was manager got canned.... like they confiscated his computer at home and everything. He was a bad egg all around. Sexual harrassment, power harrassment!

Yes, Live and Learn!!!

.....be seriously looking for another and better job asap, before they tell you they are letting you go.
