I need your help (asap)!

I am collecting info & pricing on all the All-breed horse expos that our PFHA regions support within their area for PFHA Marketing budget consideration.

Send asap that you have the info (or what you can get) to me:
1. what region?
2. what region has done in the past for the expo by the region (summary)?
3. how often region has participapted & approx dates of expo?
4. Is an riding exhibition included?
5. Cost of exhibit space only (such as for a table with table topper or behind table display)...looking at cost charged by expo for a 10x10 and 10x20 space?
6. Cost if any extra for a stall to keep an exhibit horse in?
7. Link to region's website if picures of expo are online?
8. Link to expo's website for more info?

PFHA Marketing is working on their budget plan for 2008. I would like to make a proposal for more regional all-breed expos support. I am t talking the Village here. It would need to go thru the region with funds earmarked for the expo. The expos would need to be staffed by the region's volunteers and they would be responsible for the booth and gettng any horses there. This is a proposal, but the info needs to be gathered now, so I can submit it now for the planned Marketing budget.

my email is info@gracewodpasos.com

Thanks!

1. what region? Mason Dixon. We do both the Maryland and Pennsylvania Expos
2. what region has done in the past for the expo by the region (summary)? Booth with info from PFHA and Regional info, videos, picture displays.Demos and being included in other gaited breed clinics.
3. how often region has participapted & approx dates of expo?Region has been at both expos since their inceptions so Maryland will be 12 years (Jan 17th-20th ,2008) and PA will be 6 years (February 21st-24th,2008)
4. Is an riding exhibition included? Yes if you sign up for it.More than one throughout the weekend.
5. Cost of exhibit space only (such as for a table with table topper or behind table display)...looking at cost charged by expo for a 10x10 and 10x20 space? Different for each Expo, PA is more expensive , plus from what I was told we get a break at MD becasue we're 'grandfathered in"
At PA you must pay extra for tables /carpet so we provide our own.To have a stall on the main floor it is extra(stallion or breed row.) .All pricing is on the website
6. Cost if any extra for a stall to keep an exhibit horse in? Stalls for demo horses run 50.00 each, one free with a stallion Avenue booth at PA.Not sure of MD.Bedding not included
7. Link to region's website if picures of expo are online? Not sure if still online www.masondixonpfha.org 8. Link to expo's website for more info? http://www.horseworldexpo.com/index.html
