WANTED! POKER RIDERS
Date: July 28, 2007 Start Time: 8:30AM
The members of Shakerag Hounds are hosting our 10th Annual Poker Ride
at our club facility in Hull, Georgia (Commerce-Athens area).
The Poker Ride is a fun trail ride across 1,000+ acres of beautiful
northeast Georgia countryside. Trails are well marked with plenty
of shade and good footing. We welcome riders of all ages,
Western and English, and of all riding levels, including pony clubs.
The Poker Ride:
Participates will ride in small groups of 2-5 riders, of their choosing
and at their own pace. At each of several stops along the winding trails,
participants are given a playing card and refreshments! At the end of the ride,
poker hands are submitted to our Dealer and the top "poker" hands win cash prizes!
Registration: 8:00AM - 10:30AM Note: A Negative Coggins is required for each horse.
Start Time: 8:30AM
Last Rider Out: 10:30AM
Lunch Served: 12:30PM
Prizes / Raffle: 1:30PM

4th Place: $25

From Atlanta:
Take I-85 North to exit 149. Go East (right) on US 441 for 4.5 miles.
Take a left on GA 98 and continue for 3.8 miles. Take a right on
Neese-Commerce Road and go 4.0 miles to the Shakerag Clubhouse
driveway - a gravel road on the right (address is 3898 Neese-Commerce Rd).
