Hi Caliber. I haven't posted lately. Been busy with a sick horse (see my post at Health and Farrier). Anyway, which foal of Emperador's did you see? Was it Majestuoso or the new one? I've only seen a few pic's of the new one when he was 24 hours old. I saw Majestuoso in May (about 14 months old) and he's adorable, and tall. He has that mischievous look in his eye just like his dad!
That's exciting about a possible Trote mare in your future! I'm dying to get a Trote mare but I HAVE to wait until our Farm is completed. I can't afford to board any more horses. I'd also like a Trocha mare, too (dreaming) since Emperador's dad was a Trocha, he can "go both ways" so to speak. Anyway......
Do you think people ie. Colombians, will bring some mares here for sale during Mundial?
Cuidate!

Both colts are extra!!!!! after seeing the baby I asked them to show me his older brother, and I was STUNNED (not stoned).
Mundial: They are always willing to sell for the right price! although I dont really know since you are aware that some horses (IF) that are coming to event are only authorized to be here JUST for the event, since they are positive!!!! they are requierd to leave the USA asap there after.
We are negociating a very nice Trocha Mare, if we finalize the deal we might show her in La Mundial, but if not, then we will be breeding to Emperador!!!!! I liked what he has produced....
Health Forum: Wow! I feel for you and your horse, it can be a numerous of thing, what ever it is, I hope he snaps out of it and gets well soon.
Keeps us posted.
In the mean time, dont be a stranger!!!!
Saludos!!!!
EDIT: to add IF, pending approval by USDA as of today

Cindy, thank you for POINTING this out!!!!!! I should had stated the word "IF".
The PFHA and the USDA has been working very hard to agreed on a PLAN that will allowed the POSITIVE horses from around the world to participate on LA Mundial 2007 to be held in JAX, Florida USA this Nov...... "AS OF TODAY", that mentioned plan has not been APROVED nor REJECTED. I do know that, the PFHA is trying very hard in getting these permissions GRANTED by the USDA.
