Equine Afaire Mass. Nov 2007 - Volunteers needed!!!

OK - the NEPFHA had their meeting yesterday.....we need VOLUNTEERS for Equine Affaire Veteran's Day Weekend this year......

I believe we are just going to have a booth, no petting stall (gets too complicated moving horses in/out)....and of course the BREED DEMO!

We need to start getting together a list of those people who can bring a horse for the breed demo - and since Mundial falls in the same timeframe, we are going to emphasise the VERSATILITY of the Paso Fino.

So - please list here if you can bring a horse (1 free stall for the night) and what modality you would like to showcase. I believe we are limited to 12 horses.......I will update the list here with interested persons.....

lisa, the petting stall is so imortant for people to stop and pat and do the gooogooo gaa-gaa over the paso!

cant we get one person, with one horse to do it the whole weekend?
then only one horse is moved, and one person worrying about it?

I will take a look see at my calander and see what I have going on.
I would love to try to fit in a day to come out and help.

Since I am so close - I can do the booth whenever it is needed most. I am going to be there all day Fri with my sister so maybe some booth time on Fri.

Swaite how come you get to do all the shopping with your sister and I get stuck, well... not stuck, with the kids every year? Let me shop for once. People, I am complaining. Let's take a couple, friends, significant other, etc..... when both persons enjoy horses.... why is it that the woman gets to do all the spending and shopping for horse stuff?
