That video made the rounds at my workplace (employment office) a month or so ago. Kind of "required viewing" for folks trying to keep up with job and training trends. Excellent eye opener. Thanks for sharing it.

Thanks. ASAP I'll post the pics from my last 2 trail rides. Last Saturday we went from the mountain top (how many states can you see?) to underground.
