Terri and her daughter came over yesterday and we went for a short trail ride. Cosmo did really well. Thank you Terri for coming out. I loved watching you work with Cosmo.

I'm going to post pictures temporarily and then pull them down because of the bandwidth problem. But I thought the pictures came out so nice I wanted to share them.

Lookit those huge grins! It reminds me of when I rode Lise Woods' older mare, Montie. God, my FACE hurt I was smiling so much!

We've discovered that we can saddle Cosmo easily as long as we don't tie him to anything.

Next goal: tying....lol

Thank you for posting those pictures and thank you so much for having us down. We had a wonderful time! and look forward to more rides with you and Alisha and Scooter and Cosmo.

Cosmo is a sweet horse. He loves the trails and was happy to go first and was not spooky. Saddling was a piece of cake. He stood quietly in his stall while I tossed the saddle on him. Nope, saddling was not the problem. I suspect tying is the issue. Oh and he stood nicely while we hosed him down too. He is a good boy! I think he is a keeper.

Scooter was of course his usual "Mr Personality" self and my daughter fell in love with him. And what a GOOD boy Snowy is. Ruth you have 3 wonderful horses. Thanks again for hosting us!
