Seeking a Yearling or Small Cob Breakaway

I am having a difficult time finding a breakaway halter for Katie. She is in an awkward growth stage -- way too big for pony size, and too small for a cob size. A yearling size fits her, but I need to punch extra holes in the leather to make it fit.

Anyone willing to sell me a breakaway that might fit a 13hh PF?
