That is a very odd article! Dead -- probably from being hit by a car by the sounds of it (broken ribs and punctured lung) -- but with a plastic bag over its head and its LIPS missing?

Gawd, some people are weird. It's depressing.

Editing to say: "weird" is probably the wrong word there. "Sick" might be more appropriate. But still depressing. Very depressing.
