Not able to view photos....

A very good friend and client of mine who's registered on here as V.Faye is telling me she can't view photos when they are not jpg. Does anyone have any suggestions for her?? You might also extend a warm welcome to her....they have two Rojo Tejas babies. :)

Could be her firewall or security settings stops her ?
It can take a while for them to come up on mine - but I still have pokey dial-up :(

I get quite a few red X's. If I right click and then click on "show picture" it will almost always come up for me then.

Tell her to make sure in her User CP under options she has all three checked in the box Thread Display Options, Visible Post Elements. I think they populate automatically, but have her check it anyway.
