Well the Loan pool's Official name is Paso Fino Emergency Loan Pool. I tried to keep it generic. We now have an EIN number for the loan pool. We went to Bank of America and got a list of things we need to do to open the bank account. Now we'll do a statement of rules and regulations, officers etc. and go talk to the IRS and the SC IRS since we're basing the pool here in SC. We have lots of pledges for funds and hopefully will get this account open soon but again hope we won't ever have to use it.
