We get to open them? I thought it wasn't until later tonight . . . I have to go get my box. Be back soon.

Well, I got my pkg and opened it....
At first I see a blue horse bucket, w/a very nicely decorated can-o- goodies, some jewelry that will match my wardrobe nicely, and some type of craftwork that I found very interesting, and will match nicely in my bathroom decor.

http://i203.photobucket.com/albums/aa15/pasogirlz2/secretsanta001.jpg

Now, when I saw the goodies....I thought...oh boy! I got one of those fudge making Secret Santas. I could already taste the sweet treats in my mouth....

http://i203.photobucket.com/albums/aa15/pasogirlz2/secretsanta002.jpg

Then I opened it to find Horse Treats. :p

I considered taking them into the office and seeing how many unsuspecting loan officers came into my office and enjoyed a home made "treat".

http://i203.photobucket.com/albums/aa15/pasogirlz2/secretsanta003.jpg

Now my guess of who my SS is........

The post mark said Pensacola....and Candice is the only one I could think of in that area....

DebJ

WOW---Just got my gift today so just in time  I opened it and it is a Welcome sign made out of black iron, that hangs, and hanging from it is a
PASO. :grayhorse: Yipppee!! This is so cool!! I have nothing with a Paso on it, so thanks so much secret santa.
I think my SS might be ASBImmortality, since they had mentioned earlier that they were having some problems and the postmark said GA.
AM I right? Thanks so much, this is great. I will hang it up tomorrow, first thing.

What I can tell you about my secret santa is -- she really likes to wrap gifts! I got a whole basket full of goodies, each individually wrapped (some even double wrapped). There are more gifts in this one basket than I'll have to open on Christmas morning, for sure. There's a beautiful tee-shirt, some cookie cutters, a cute little shot glass with a santa holder, a key chain, a note pad, a refrigerator magnet, some Christmas ornaments . . . . And santa even managed to find Christmas wrap with pretty white horses on it.

Thanks, Santa.

Oh, I'm supposed to guess. Well, it was postmarked on December 10th in Albany, and Lisa said she mailed hers and Tori's gifts that day, so Lisa or Tori will be my first guess.

PasoVicki

That's beautiful, Brigitte.

I have a handbag that Lisa sent me last year as part of my ss gift. Whenever I carry it, people stop me and comment. Either "I love your bag" or "You must have horses."

Tori just finished opening her HUGE box.....and wanted me to say 'THANK YOU SANTA!!!!'

Attached are some pictures to share....and right now she is playing with the tea set while watching The Year Without a Santa Claus...(On ABC Family right now)........

She got a tea set, a HUGE pink horse (already had her first ride on it!), and a nice pink hat that she will probably wear tomorrow out playing in the snow!

I know who Santa is..........all I can say is THANK YOU!!! (And take it EASY now!!!!!)

My Santa loves to shop!! And she has great taste!! I got an adorable bag that's monogrammed AND has a Paso Fino on it, a tail brush, a face brush, horse treats, chocolates and two ceramic jewelry dishes. Wow - a lot of "pressies" from a certain little Santa across the "big water"! Gee, I wonder who it could be??!! My guess is, of course, Amanda. If that's not it, someone went to a lot of trouble to mail it all the way from England! Thank you and Merry Christmas!!!!

Magical, wonderful, deeply touching....what can I say? Pasolady! The keychain with my APF name on it I will treasure forever. It will be framed in the middle of the gable of my barn, honoring all the friends and mentors on this amazing BB. The key ring will hold a treasure, too, and I'll send a picture of that! (The barn will be built here on Dec 27, a large carport roof under which I'll build stalls and other areas as I need them - will show you when it gets here.)

My dearest Pasolady! The lovely Paso brass tags will await the inspiration for their installation, but will be placed with love and happiness in their new homes. I'm thinking the browband of my favorite trail bridle and over the monitor of my computer at work....:v:

And the card! I mentioned in the SS questionnaire that I love holographic items....well, there is a corridor in my house "wallpapered" with the best of them....from DVD covers, cards, posters, etc., and every time I go thru (it's specially lit) they all swerve and shine and dance.....your card will be the best of all of them. The Dove of Peace: the greatest symbol of the hope of Noah, the Spirit of God and the Lamb of all Eternity.

What a beautiful, thoughtful, special gift, my friend. Thank you!

First of all - Those Tori pictures are adorable!!!!

I got a really cute Santa decoration, some cool lavender soap (smells wonderful!) and a neat wall lamp with pine cones - it will go so perfect in my room with the pellet stove. Oh yes, and a rope halter - boy I really need one of these - I almost bought one at the EQA but didn't. Thank you SO much Santa! My guess is "My Pasos" because it came from from TN and she mailed out her package early, right around the time I got mine.....................

This is the best for sure. Just what I wanted. Every year, I tell my one son to get me a horse calendar for Christmas and he has forgotten for the last two years. I got the best Paso Fino Calendar ever. I think my SS made it special. I use a calendar every year to post the horses shots and farrier, all horse stuff. Thank you SS very much, whoever your are. Yep, I've been busted ! Hope you enjoy them. FYI, the mane and tail brush is the very best I have found, hardly any breakage or hair left on brush and it detangles SO fast, makes grooming a joy on even the thickest mane and tail.

Tori is the cutest child....the picture of her looking at the horse is priceless.

I got a package of Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, which are my favorite, and a Boston Red Socks World Series Champion Xmas stocking, and a very long piece of horse fabric, which I will use for quilting. Yes, it was me! I didn't realize you weren't supposed to say at all who you were. I am very impatient, so I guess I figured it was torture enough to wait until you were opening the gift to know!

I hope you enjoy the book. I figured that if it made me cry while I was going through it in the bookstore, it must be good! I hope you like the bracelet - it is all glass and sterling silver (with the exception of just a couple of the beads).

I'm afraid it took me until this morning early to open mine, then I didn't have time to post. We had a death in our family, and I have been on the road all day to the funeral.

I love what Deb J got me~! Just enough sweets to satisfy my insatiable sweet tooth, (two Godiva candy bars and some peanut butter meltaways! I can hardly wait to try those!) AND a really beautiful awesome set of Horse drink coasters in their own beautiful case. Even the box they came in is beautiful! Thanks so much Deb, I really love it all!

Again, I appoligize for being so late to open and report :o

Hi. Glad you like the gifts. Hope you enjoy the chocolates. The PB meltaways are from a local company, and are a big hit at Easter time, as they make them into huge Easter eggs size. YUM!!!
Sorry to hear about the death in your family. My mom passed away 4 yrs. ago on Dec. 20. It seems a little harder around the holidays.

Just in case you did not see the sketch I made in the card, the shoe tags are great when you put them in the laces of of your boots or tennies. I pull out laces and run them through the back of the tag, then lace up the shoes/boots. Get more compliments, everyone wants to know where I got them.

I'm so glad you like your gifts, I enjoy giving them, anything with a Paso Fino on it is my cup of tea...and obviously yours also.

Merry Christmas!

I am sorry that I have not posted yet, I wanted to wait until I had a chance to get pics and upload them so I could share the wonderful things that my SS got for me.

First of all, I was DELIGHTED to find my very own copy of "The Lighter Side of Endurance" by Angie McGhee. It is a hilarious book and I have been wanting it for so long. I also got a really cool book of wallet size photos with a cowgirl on the front. All of my Phoebe brag pics will go in there. I might put one of Kevin too.;) There was also a very pretty metal horse ornament and some gourmet treats for the horses. The very BEST was the HOMEMADE CHOCOLATE CANDY in equine form. YUMMY! It is the very best candy I have had ever hands down. It really is too pretty to eat but I caught Kevin nibbling on one of the horse's tails so I seized it from him and ate the rest. :p

So, here are some pics of those awesome chocolate candies. My SS really knows how to spoil someone.:D

Now, you guys know that I am santa and have to notify everyone of who's name they got. Well, once I send out all of those e-mails, my brain is fried and I have no clue who got me. I resisted temptation and did not look on the list to see who got my name. It was a pretty big mystery until Kevin went to break down the box that the candy came in. Turns out the person's name was on the box. My SS is Swaite. Am I right, or did I have a tricky santa?

Hi SS!

Boy did those toasty warm gloves come in handy last night, was in the 20's when I headed home from work at 11 pm...had on my gloves the whole way home, for a change my poor arthritic hands were warm and comfortable. The strategic placement of leather pieces (riding gloves) were perfect for holding on to the steering wheel relitively pain free! What a blessing, thanks again!

Was just outside feeding Willi and Cassie, while Tiger barked, chased and herded them both, it's a miracle he hasn't been killed. The three of them play the wildest games of chase! It is a heartwarming 24 degrees without the wind chill factor. Wickedly stong winds on this gorgeous sunshine bright Georgia Day!

To the person who did not receive a SS Gift, I also never received a gift one year...but my blessings were so great it was as if the Lord, my God made up for it! Thnk I shall sneak back to my warm comfy bed for another hour, this cold weather is just right for laying about! I pray your gift was just delayed and it will arrive soonest!
