A funny thing (I think) happened to Grace (she doesn't think so)the other day when she wahsed clothes. We have 2 lightweigt jackets we had left over from our old business we use ar barn jackets when it is a bit cool outside. So Grace decided it was time to wash all our barn clothes and jackets. She forgot one thing I always have in the pockets. In one pocket I always keep milk bone treats for Moose and in the other pocket I usually keep full of peppermint horse treats.

Well all I can say that when she put them in the dryer we now have mint smelling barn jackets with parts of doggie milkbone all over them.

Needles to say she had to do some things over. But Ithought it was funny and I am not going to print here what she thought.

Wow Bob, you had me scared for a minute. When I read the title of your thread, I thought a MAN had actually found where the washing machine was!

I feel better.

A milk bone scented jacket could prove VERY interesting to the dogs and the peppermint to the horses! It could get real dangerous out there...

Oh, my hubby did the laundry ONCE. Somehow a can of oxblood shoe polish got in with the sheets. The sheets came out looking like the Texas Chainsaw Massacre. I donated them to deer hunters. :frown:

Not just that, but I had to use solvents to clean the washer and drier. :mad2:

That's why I stick to carrots: carrots don't stick to me!

Besides, the dogs and I like carrots, too.
