It was really fun meeting her and seeing her boy Amigo (Amadeus) in action. He's tall and very elegant. A nice mover. Sorry no pictures. She was trying a new bit and doing a bit of socializing at a new place with new horses. It was lots of fun! I got Chinook out there in the arena and we went around cones and between jumps and had a good time. This board is so great for helping us find other paso fino lovers!:)

After Kami left, a hunter/jumper rider decided she'd like to try a ride on Chinook. She had ridden one paso fino but I told she should try several more since they are all so different. Initially she was afraid Chinook was too small for her. She not only had a big smile when she finished and said "That was FUN!" but when I asked her "Does she feel too small?" she said "Not once you're on her". It's like being strapped to a BULLET!;);)That's my Chinook! A regular POCKET ROCKET!!

It was so hectic. I brought Chinook next door since my neighbor has a big arena in case Kami wanted to try Amigo with another horse. Got her over there and my neighbor was giving a tour to a group of handicapped adults. Chinook was very wired so I was going to put her in with Arwen and company until I needed her. Well when I went to the gate without a gate keeper you might know Arwen decided to show her who was boss and chased her out of the paddock and Chinook was moving so fast she got out of the arena and ran past the group touring at full speed. My neighbor luckily had an empty paddock she ran her into. I bet those people will be talking about that wild horse running around like a maniac for quite some times. We managed to get the arena gate closed so Arwen just ran around in it a few times at full speed before she stopped and we put her back in the paddock. It's never dull.:rolleyes:

I was going to get a video of the hunter/jumper rider - who is an awesome rider by the way - but she didn't want me to video her riding Chinook - so no pictures at all:mecry: I need to put the little camera in my fanny pack or remember to take one with my cell phone which really has a pretty good camera. I just forget to use it. DUMB!
