Another scam, I think...

I found a great deal on a tractor on craigslist. Got an answer back for my interest-inquiry. The tractor is supposedly in Wyoming (I'm in Colorado). The ad is written in good English, signed by a "Randy Stu..." (american sounding name).
Price includes "shipping and handling". Name of shipping company is mentioned. "Randy" is selling the tractor, because "he has to go to Iraq in three weeks" and he doesn't want the tractor to get "old in the backyard". I HATE scammers.

"shipping and handling" does sound fishy, sence when does handling apply to tractors? it's normally buyer pick up. He's trying to get someone to send him some $$ without laying eyes on it first, then money and all will evaporate.

The worst part of scams is that a legitimate seller that is really hurting for money so lists something very inexpensively is automatically suspect. It makes me sad that I've become so cynical.

I have two tractors for sale but it is quite away from Colorado. I live in Ohio.
