Moniece, it was a pleasure to finally meet you, and I am so happy Sam/Mijo is in a new, loving home!! I am proud to let everyone know that on May 3rd he was ridden by my husband, who is disabled, in the towns annual parade. He is a great gentleman and even around cycling mares was totally in hand and took excellent care of my husband, as usual. I rode my quieter Indie who is a trail horse since I had neglected to check in time for the coggins on my super quick, tight gaited Amara, and I had Robert circling Peppy around me collected and with his Hilachas signature high leg lift flashy gait putting on the show- the crowd was crazy about him and cheered, clapped, hollared and whistled. That just made him perform harder! Well, we were not expecting it, but the other day we received a check from the parade committee for $50, we won third place in the miscellaneous animal catagory!! How cool is that!!! What tickled me even more was a lady calling me about paso's, and since I lived in the same town, did I happen to go to the parade and see that fabulous bay paso????? I told her not only did I see him, but it was my husband riding him, and we own him!! Wheeeeee!!!!!!!!!
The picture here is from the same parade years back, with me riding him.

Here is a video (hopefully!) and some photos. This is an awful pretty, low key stallion!
Not sure if the video will work...and if it asks for a password, it is guest!

What a beautiful boy! There is nothing prettier than a really pretty bay with that hot red gold coat and that jet black mane.

Well, thank you all! Peppy is a once in a lifetime horse. He actually is a bay dun, he has the darker withers, and dorsal stripe, I think he has leg tiger marks, but his black stocking are so high. He has several dun offspring. He is a love. I am eternally sad his owner passed away to allow us to own him, but since this is what happened. I feel so lucky to say he's ours. Nellie

Thank you Moniece for letting everyone know where the pictures and video came from. I'm happy to share. I am so glad you got to meet him in person and just hang out with him as we chatted. He was happy to just have us there talking, petting him and playing with his long, thick mane. I will be thrilled if Mijo is anything like him- but his dam is super nice too! Nellie
