LOL - I was thinking.... _GARAGE_?!? That would have made an incredible _BARN_! But - that is New York and you _do_ need a garage!

You know.....that would be just about the perfect size!!! AND - I could have it done as a pole barn - saving on concrete.....probably would only cost about 10k!
