Does anyone know anything about Kiefer Built trailers? I am looking at a 3 horse slant bumper pull.

The dealer we bought our trailer from had both Kiefer trailers and Sundowner trailers on the lot. We were looking at three horse bumper pulls.

Although the Kiefer's were a little less, we decided to purchase the Sundowner. We just felt the Sundowner's were better built and most of our friends that have Sundowners are satisfied with them. Plus, the sales man also talked more highly of the Sundowners.

Just some feedback, either brand is good. We looked at both.

Funny ...do all people from IL look at the same trailers? ;-)
We owned a 4 star with LQ for 6 years. We looked for a new trailer this year. We looked at Keiffer, Awesome trailer...until we saw a Sundowner with LQ! WOW! :rearing
We bought ours in GA from a dealer that has both Keiffer and Sundowner.
Being able to compare them side by side really helped. Both were nice trailers. We bought the Sundowner for the same reason mgmpasos bought his, the safety features and the warranty are unbeatable! They also hold their value for trade or resale. IMHO I would definitely buy Sundowner again. That 3 year bumper to bumper is HARD to beat!
