Man! It was awesome!!!!! You'll have to wait on pics, gotta get a cord for my camera. But man! What a horse!!!

He was kinda fresh at first, so Stella rode and then I jumped on and MAN oh MAN!!! I can't wait to do it again!!!! Here's a pic of him! Man! Talk about exhilarating!

I only have video from riding, will take still pics from it once I get a cable for the camcorder.

Thank you Stella!!!!!

The power and energy of a good stallion is unreal. I can't wait for pictures!! He is soooo gorgeous! You are very lucky!!

When we did our photoshoot I hadn't ridden our stallion for three years because I usually ride SloughP when Kyle rides Sultan. I thought I'd died and gone to heaven. It was soooo much fun!!!

hahaha Carol!

Motor, oh yes! It was unreal! I have never ridden a stallion b4 period, so I was a bit intimidated and I think he could tell that, so that's when Stella got on and I could watch and see what he was doing and then I felt better when I got up there. Then I knew what he was doing underneath me. LOL

He even crowhopped a bit! At first I was like OH MY GOD (thinking he was going to explode) but then when I saw that that was IT I was like, oh, that's nothing!

Isn't he a HUNK! Such a big boy and so sweet!

Honestly the boys can be soooo sweet and I honestly think they are more affectionate than the girls who require you to prove your worthiness before they let you in their circle. SloughP will actually grab you and hug you. And once you prove you aren't afraid of them the boys are just such great rides! But I have to say - I trust the girls to take care of me though cause they're mommies!

Em tries to pretend he's big and bad, but just as soon as you start paying attn to him, those ears pop up. When we started saddling him, you could tell he was like OH BOY! LOL

Pazarro is a sweetheart, but he has to let you into his inner sanctum. I was so ecstatic Friday when he let me halter him, yesterday, he actually came to me much quicker! I was like YAY!

I just hope I can find the right cord. Got one, one end was right, other end was wrong. Took the camera to the store, found a cord with the right end, but the other end was wrong and they didn't have any that had the correct other end. (Does that make sense?)

I bet we can ALL remember our first paso stallion ride. 8-) Just amazing how much fun all that controlled power is. Who needs a flat out gallop to be exhilarated?

It is so wonderful that you get to experience all these fine horses of Stella's before purchasing your own. Buy that time...you will know EXACTLY what you want....unfortunatley...if you are anything like me....it will be out of your price range by then. You know what they say.....the difference between a luxury and a necessity is........about a WEEK.

Congratulations Michele! Looking forward to photos. 8-)

Buy a baby! They're not that much! Besides, you know what they'll be like when they're grown. I've always said you can walk from pasture to pasture to see the life stages of any of her foals. She isn't kidding around when she says she breeds for "like type"!

Kerry, but then I'd have to train it! I want one I can ride right then LOL

Well, thanks y'all for the compliments, it made my day!(yes, cleaning stalls and changing kitty litter boxes in the cattery when cold is not exactly uplifting-er, psychologically, that is!)....Michele, the only reason you may think that the babies arent much less is, because most horses under saddle on my sales list are not ones I've bred...dem gone to new homes already!

If ya buy a baby..by the time it's ten...(you said it'd take ya ten years to save), it'll be WELL under saddle, and you've got the trainer right there to help you with the details! Constancia is two, going on 10 right now anyway..and she is going to be a KNOCKOUT! Big and really beautiful! (No pressure though) ;-)

My favorite stallion... you lucky girl you.... I have always loved that dark BROWN boy... I'd buy him if I could....but since I can't I'll have to just "settle" for his amazing daughter...Caotica!

I'd trade a BUCH of Pasos for him...but Stella don't need "more horses" DARN !!

PH..nice ad on pedigree of Treya. I just saw it. I have a guy interested in her little brother..... I put him on agdirect.com I will of course be KEEPING her little sister Rita! Maybe you should buy Treya for yourself....she is built for the job! Any job you want.... endurance would be great!

PH you lucky dog you. I wish I could have been their. We have been talking about another trip to Stellas but Jim is worried about my car. He thinks all these long distance drives I have been doing in The Stanger will one day catch up to me. He is even worried that I won't make it to GA next week to take grandpa to the Athens for his treatments. I keep telling him that it won't be a problem getting home from Stellas. I will just replace the 4 horses under the hood with 4 of Stellas Pasos. It may take me longer to get home but I will get here safe and sound with a great big paso grin on my face.
