Where's Feather Hills? I saw the notice on the PFHA news email, but I can't remember where it is! April 9th is a few days before my bday, so maybe mom and I could have a little road trip ourselves! I was not planning on going to the open house this year as I'm still hurting from losing Dante and his Dad is one of the Stallions there. But I wouldn't want to pass up the chance to meet you all, so count me in. I don't need a motel room as I'm only half an hour from Featherhill. Wish I had the extra room to have you all stay with me but unfortunately I do not. Just let me know what time to meet you all there on Sunday. As far as food, there is usually only snacks-donuts and sodas and or coffee and cookies. Usually demonstrations with some of the horses and the foals they are trying to sell. If you want to try out a specific horse, they usually let you. But would definitely like to met you all.

Erin, Dante had to be put down. Don't you remember? Kathy tried so hard for weeks to save him and couldn't. I can see why she is still heart broken about it.

I do think it sounds like a great time..and only an hour and 40 minutes from my in-laws. Too bad I'm not going to be there visiting then, I'l love to meet everyone too.

Yes Erin I had Dante up for sale-only half heartedly-didn't really want to sell him but that's another story. Dante's immune system went haywire and then his hind legs went and he had to be put down on Jan. 2nd. His Dad is the Palomino, Mito de MiLe.

It's okay Erin. It's been awhile and so much more has been put on this board since then. I never persued putting Dante on Featherhills website because I really didn't want to sell him. The day I went there to get help selling him, Amy didn't know the cost to add him to the website. She was suppose to let me know but never got in touch with me and I never called them back to find out either. I was hoping something would work out so I didn't have to sell him. The rest is history. He will forever remain mine now.

Erin if that is Medallion that is by our stallion out of Coreen's mare domingo..I have a half sister here .(same mother, sire is a son to Med's sire. If you cant get him, drive about an hour and a half south and come see where Med came from! I didnt think he was for sale again.

Med is a big boy who had problems with his first owner because he wanted to GOOOOO Brenda told me that once she started doing long distance on him he was much happier.

I get more time I will have to post pics of the half sister and a full sister out in AZ They all look A LOT alike

I met him last time I was there, just said hi in the stall, and he is so sweet, and handsome!

I dont mind speed as long as they have controllable speed, I hate the buck stuff. my guy is doing that right now if I keep him collected he is fine but if I let him GO he tosses his head and throws a buck, not a real but but a hope tpye thing,,, just a stage!
But I hate it!
My other guy has SPEED but is a steady eddy!
