Your photo needs to be hosted on a site that allows "sharing". I like www.PhotoBucket.com for ease of use.

PhotoBucket shows thumbnails of your pics, with three designations under them.
URL function will post a link, Im not sure what TAG function does and IMG function will post the image.

To post my pics:
I will open a new window with PhotoBucket, highlight the IMG box, right click, copy, then open the APFs.com window and left click and paste. Viola! Picture should be there when you hit submit.

It should look like this with no spaces:
[ IMG ] URL (the Universal Resource Locater) PhotoBucket.com / my picture / blah / blah / blah [ / IMG ]
