Take your photos to www.photobucket.com , load them, resize them so they are not over 450 pixels WIDE...height does not matter.
After you load your photos, click on one, and see what size it is by looking at the properties. If it exceeds 450 pixels, edit it with the buttons over the top of each photo...then you can once again click on the photo, copy the properties, and paste it here....

You must hit "img" on here both before you paste and right after you paste...preview to check size, then submit...
