Giving away Black Paso Fino Stallion to a good caring home/farm.

Not registered. Sire (Cafeto del Juncal) x Dam (Sarita de mandana (Carmin)) are registered in PFHA. You can register him if you want.

4 year old Stallion, almost 14 hands, all black, spoiled, but needs some training and experienced rider.

Be sure to check the cost of registering a Paso over 2 - it is pretty pricey unless you can get in on an amnesty. No problem if registration doesn't matter.

Yep...the "over 720 days" since foaled fee is $495.00 (members) or $695.00 (non-member) and that is just ONE of the fees you will pay. Then there is the DNA proofing, and don't forget that the stallion report must show the dam on it for the correct year, if not then you have to get the stallion report ammended (requires signature of stallion owner as well as a fee)..then a transfer to you...requires signature of mare owner at time of foaling, as well as transfer fee.

Dang..a Cafeto son and nobody bothered to register OR geld him..thats too bad...
I find the hardest thing to come up with on registering horses over 720 days old are the required signatures.
Don't be surprised if you are asked to pay a fee to get a signature! Not by PFHA but by mare or stallion owner...
When its "all said and done" it can be quite expensive.

Cafeto is a really NICE horse to be sure!

Speaking of registration AMNESTY...Now would be a real good time for PFHA to have amnesty reduced fees on behalf of the current horse crisis. The AQHA has said they are considering this NOW in this time of need for horses of registered parents with no papers....

I have his poster on my hall wall...I have a PFH World with him on the cover (same year my article was...was it 2004?) but I have nothing uploaded in my computer!

He DOES come up on google....SOMEBODY needs to GET him (the black colt)...half brother to Heredero....

That Cafeto is drop dead gorgeous, that's for sure...sure would like to see a pic of this black one!
