Any Farrier Formula users?

used FF years ago just ordered to start on my prob TWH hooves. While reviewing FF website they recommend just feeding 6oz FF and oats and hay nonthing else. Hmm I have been feeding this horse Buckeye Grownwin (told similar to nutrena empower) 2lbs a day. I thought FF was a top dressing feed not that 6oz takes the place of everything else except hay and oats. What do you all think or do? thanks Sherry in MO

Just got a new paint with ugly feet. farrier likes PLATform the best....it's higher but you don't feed as much....it is a top dressing....don't know about what you have....sorry.

I have used Farrier's Formula several times and have always gotten great, noticeable results. We feed our regular feed and add 1-2 ozs top dressed in the evening feed.

Thanks for the helpful info!! now all i got to do is wait for the UPS man. Should paint those trucks green for all the money they cost us! HA!
