I've had my mare for almost three years and never tested her for Lyme. (Currently, she shows no symptoms--lameness, swelling, etc., although I know horses w/Lyme usually do not show symptoms.) She has always been turned out in a field, so to be on the safe side, we're drawing a titer next week. If her numbers are high, but she is asymptomatic, can she still be ridden while on antibiotics?
