i couldn't get the video to come up but rusel is right on the money when she says indians can't tell time.
until you've worked with them, you really don't understand the concept. it's just not in the culture. it's not a lack of regard for being late all the time (i guess i'm not sure exactly how to explain it) but something that is not in the foreground all the time.
yet percentage wise, the indian population is one of the largest to volunteer for any of the armed forces.
you just can't explain time to them.
