Not really an upcoming event, but I want to go riding. I was supposed to go on a camping trip on the weekend of the 22nd, but it did not work out. I am still determined to go trail riding sometime that weekend so - are any of you GA folks planning on riding somewhere that weekend?

Do you have some details on start time? Probably can't camp Fri nite but I can get there early Saturday am.

Bailey - I will see if it will work out. I need to get my tack in line - right now I am using the same saddle for 2 horses and I need to get a wider gullet for my wintec so it will fit one of mine properly.

If I can get it together and you are an early riser we can probably get this to work. I plan to ship out around 6:30 am on Sat. to make sure I get there early enough.

Mel, I might be able to met you their. All I need is the address. If Watson Mill Park is were I think it is I might can make it their around the same time as you. I take hwy 49 into Hartwell, it takes me about an hour to get their. If I follow 49 all the way to Royston then hit 17 toward Elberton then get on 72, I should be in Carlton in about 2 hours from the time I leave my house. I just need to know what time you should be at the park and were everyone will be parking. I'm good to go. I don't mind getting up early to ride. Driving is what I get tired of. I can alway stop off in Hartwell to stay the night at Grandpa's on the way back home. :razz:

Why don't you meet us at the show in Cumming off 369 (weather permitting - t-storms and rain predicted for the rest of the week) - not as far as Dawsonville Forest and probably easier for you to get there...
