If you're a USEF member, one of the fringe member benefits are discounts from USEF affiliated sponsor companies. If you show much at all, you most likely are a USEF member.

I'd been meaning to do it with OfficeMax as I shop there for my office supplies and get alot of printing done there. Well I got the ball rolling on it this morn.

Here's what you do:

1. Call up USEF toll-free 1-877-576-6872, ask for Jennifer (she handles the office max discount program).

2. She'll get your name and info, including USEF #.

3. Then a packet with your office max card with bar code will be mailed to you to use for corporate (USEF) discounts on purchases on a certain range of designated products AND printing services.

This discount is different from the Office Max points earned card that you get from the store for discounts as you earn them quarterly.

If you want a quote on a large printing job, you can email it to USEF and they will have it ready for p/u at your designated OfficeMax stire...as per Jennifer at USEF.

USEF offers other discounts on products from John deere. Dodge, Nextel, fed-Ex, Sherwin Williams and Boise. You need to sign up for each brand name separately as you desire.

Everyone needs printing done for a business.

I saw on the USEF paperwork the discount was 55%, is that right? That's huge. I thought it was a typo.

I don't know what the discount it, but my packet from USEF will be in the mail today from them. They were very helpful. I've spent alot on printing services there already this year at officeMax. well better later than not at all for future purchases. It doesn't cost anything extra to sign up if you're a USEF member besides the time for the phone call.

We have a new OfficeMax the next town up from here, so this is the closest office supply store for me.

P.S. Greg...I see in the USEF page I pulled out with the sponsor info..it says "average weighted 55% discount on Boise office products". I will assume average wieghted means there is a range of discounts with this being the average of the range.

I made it by with my color copy print order today at OfficeMax. I have my USEF corporate discount card now. Last time in there, it didn't offer any discount on the general producst I bought. The color copies were .89 each or .79 for 100+. I was getting 10 copies of a 10 page brochure..so 100 copies needed. two weeks ago, they had color copies on sale for .49 each.

So I needed the copies now...so after the job was done...I handed them my USEF corporate OfficeMax discount card. Turned out that made the price per color copy to be .39 each with the USEF discount. Pretty good deal and definitely a cost savings of $40. The copies were for a project I am working on for my dad, so he saved $40!

Thought I'd let you know in case you need printing done...show flyers, saleslists, stallion flyers, etc. w/o going a huge quantity...............
