This is our new boy Monarca's Rocket Man . He is 14.1 and only a yearling so he will probably be a big boy since he has the Peruvian Paso in him methinks.

Here are a few pics until he gets here in 3 months. It works out the best for us to wait since we are putting up our house for sale and moving (same area) to a bigger place with more horse room and horse friendly neighbors. We moved out here thinking it would be great and one neighbor said the horse smell put her int he hospital for 2 weeks because she is so sensitive to smells. *rolls her eyes* She moved fromt he city last year to enjoy the peace and quiet. The new place is very horse friendly with 15 horses next door a couple small areas, one being lighted which out here since it's so hot you could ride at midnight when it's cooler. The other has 5 children which if they and their matted toy poodle who roams were under control would not be bad. I found one child in our not so nice Andalusian stud's stall with it open ready to be tromped upon. Nothing like that to start your heart int he morning. All 5 children are adopted and some have a few behavoral problems. We would just rather move to have better "neigh"bors.

Back to Rocket (I definately will give him a new name when he gets here and I get to know him.)

His Sire's lines are:

His Dam is a Peruvian Paso from 2 Foundation Peruvians Paso's. Not that I care much, he loves people and is very affectionate. Can't wait to give him some lovin'.

I can't wait for him either. If I were still working my 13 hr days now ay I would have "saddled" myself with 2 youngin's. But I think with my schedule now, or lack thereof, will give me lots of time with both babies.

And lots of pictures hehehehe

Ooooo....Coral LaCE lines...boy, you sure got yourself a couple of horses leaning heavy to the trail lines...that's nice!
(Notice I look at bloodlines closely...I'm a breeder...can you tell??)

(and I breed for trail... ;-) )

Since I am new, how can you tell the Peruvian from Columbian lines by looking at their pedigrees? Just getting to know who all the horses are?

Glad they should make good trail horses as we have so much land out here to trail ride on. There is even a wild horse band and burros living out this way. I can't wait to be able to ride. (which is why we do definately need an older Paso that is at a ridable age after we move) Not riding is killing me!!!!! So anyone with a 3-8 yr old Palomino gelding keep us in mind in a few months LOL

I may have to get him some sunglasses out here in all our hot weather and sunny days LOL

I hate waiting the three months and it really was my choice and better for us, but it still sucks.

I saw a few Cremello's when they were older and they were so pretty. But since this guy is half Fino and have Pervuvian Paso who knows what he will look like when he is older. But I will surely share pics as he ages.

I think he's Perlino, his mane/tail/legs have a reddish cast to them. He looks sweet!

I had mentioned Perlino before but figured since I was new I was wrong and the breeder was right. Is it by the coat of the parents or the foal's original coat color underneath or???
