Brigitte, that was awesome! I really want to go to Aruba one day. I know someone who has been there twice in the past year and loves it. When is the best time of year to visit Aruba?

I think around Febuary will be good, then we have Carnaval and that is fun to see, any other time is great too. September-Novemeber it usually rains some, so I woulnd't want to come then.

Brigette, beautiful! You really make me miss the ocean!!! We just love it. Aruba is so much like Bonair, which is my favorite island, but I confess to not having visited Aruba - yet.

Very nice

Those are beautiful pics ... thanks for posting them! Almost as good as being there.

Do you have sharks in the waters there where there are swimmers? We have them off the North Carolina coast with some shark attacks on swimmers?

Yeah ... I want to come live with you too, Brigitte!

But I have to ask: could those yachts get any closer together? I mean, jeez, Louise ... they have an entire ocean to "park" in! So then, this inquiring mind wants to know -- is that a security thing? Pirates and all that?

What a gorgeous place to live, want to trade? You are so lucky!

There haven't been any shark attacks that I know of. There are sharks around but you barely hear of people catching them
The yachts are all parked together because there's a barge that they docked at, and I guess it's more fun to have a group together then all of them by themself

Simply disgusting!!! ....that you're there and I'm not!!! ;-)

You have to understand, I LOVE tropical islands...I've been to Hawaii...FIVE TIMES.
(then I got horses and ran out of money...grin...)

Brigitte, I love your pictures, especially the sunsets!! I used to live in WA, and miss the ocean so much. I'm going out there in July!! Can't wait!

I've never been to an island, though. It looks so friendly and lots of fun!

Thanks for sharing!
