Here are pics of my foal, Solana de la Pluma. She was born on March 20th, so is just about 6 wks old. She is a half niece to Erin's Pillo and Susan's Novia. Her dam has same sire as Pillo's and Novia's. She has been lots of fun. She tends to be bratty (don't they all), but she learns quickly also. She's my first foal, so hopefully I don't make any major mistakes with her!

Thanks Erin! I am hoping she is a dark golden palomino like Mito. Her nose and around her eyes are pretty dark, so we'll see. But I will love her no matter what shade of gold she is. She gaits all the time, I have never seen her trot yet! And I just noticed this morning that she has a broken bottom tooth. It is broken almost down to the gum. The vet is coming Friday for other horse's shots, so will have him take a look. I don't even know if they have baby teeth that fall out and grow adult teeth??

Yes, she does not enjoy having the halter on. This is a new leather one that is lighter, but she still doesn't like it.
