I have a mare with this stallion in her lines, she was imported from Columbia. I would like to know more about this stallion and any photos if one has them....

Is Idolo the full name?

Yes and there is no number on either my mares Dam or her sire, Idolo.

The only Idolo's I find when I do a google is Idolo International and then another Idolo that has more names after it

That's all I found. I would like to hear from someone that actually had knowledge of the horses in Columbia around the time my mare was born (mid to late 1980's)...

Tami, do the papers show his sire and dam? It is possible that this is the same Idolo as Idolo International. If the horse was born in Colombia, they would use the Colombian records for the horse's pedegree and in Colombia they may not have used the International suffix. Idolo International was imported from Colombia. He is a son of Plebeyo.
