She is trained. Has a great ground-eating gait and a nice canter. She loves to run in pasture, just like 1/2 brother, Zen. She is at least 15H tall (that's big to me us as the others are 14-14.1, except Jedi at 14.3). She is settling into the routine here nicely. Currently she's out in pasture during the day with our lone goat, Data. Data just loves her. She pretty much ignores him, but I'm sure she likes the company as she is by herself for now. We are very fortunate to have the oportunity to own her. There's nothing like an Al baby (except maybe a Leo baby :D
She still looks the same as her picture, but she is much bigger and taller. I believe she was only two or three when it was taken. She's 7 now. Lindsay

Sooo Lindsay will we be seeing her out at the endurance rides anytime soon?
What's up with Jedi? I haven't heard anything about him lately.

Thanks for your comments everyone. Staci is doing well. She actually doesn't turn 7 until August and has had little riding and thus has no base. I hope to start riding her some in 2-3 weeks. Will take it slowly with her. May do some CTR in the fall or early winter, depending upon how well she conditions, how much time I can devote to her and how she likes trail riding.
Cathy, you never filled us in on Lines of Pines CTR. How did it go? How is PJ?
Ed is working six 10 hour days a week as a foreman on a big electrical job in Live Oak, so he has not and most likely will not, be able to get to any rides for the forseeable future. So, no one to ride Jedi. I know Jedi is just as happy not to go to the rides since his temperment is not as well suited to the distance disciplines as our other horses' are (or hopefully will be).

Actually we never made it to the CTR. Something came up at the last minute so we went camping instead. PJ is doing fine. We'll start LDs again in November. I hope to have his stamina built up a little more by then. Maybe we'll be able to keep up with you and Pocita :D
