Yesterday was our first group ride. We had 21 riders (Princessa and Listo were the only gaited horses). The weather was perfect. The hills are so green right now.

My son, John and Princessa leading the way:

OMG Debbie....I thought the trails I was on, on Sunday, were nice....I think you win. That looks like the most gorgeous place to ride!! I've always wanted to move to Montana, and that is exactly what I picture my rides to have looked like if I had gone. You really are a lucky girl! You must have been think that day, "Man, my life is GREAT."

The human -lol! She's riding her good ol mule, Buck. Aren't they cute?

Thanks everyone! This place is about 15 minutes from where I live. BLM property with a horse camp!! No fee for day use (and no motorized vehicles on the trails). You can ride for miles and miles.... and no hunters there in winter. It's one of my favorite places to ride. Lots of mix of woods and prairie and water for the horses.
