Are those the fainting goats?
They look VERY cute! I had pygmies...got out (pen wasn't sufficient) and into everything...I won't have goats again.

Okay, you get a picture of me a bit overweight and my grandaughter Star. I never knew goats could be so much fun. They are so effectionate and silly. You can sit for hours and watch them. They love to sit onhttp://i7http://s75.photobucket.com/albums/i303/maggite/goats/#5.photobucket.com/albums/i303/maggite/goats/e4fbef28.jpg my lap and get loved on. When I go out to say hi to them they run and jump and act silly.

They are Nubians. Owner said they will be about 125 lbs. I dont think i will want them sitting on my lap then  I bought them at a auction 3 weeks ago. Never had goats before. Soooo glad I got them. I hear they get into everything but I put up a fence for them. If I have to I will put up a taller fence when they get bigger. There names are Sandy and Mandy. They are being bottled fed right now. I guess they are big enough to wean but this foster mother and grandaughter are having fun bottle feeding them. They are getting a bit fat so I cut them down to 2 bottles a day and 1 bottle of water. Soon they will be getting 3 bottles of water. I dont know what I did wrong trying to post that picture. Did it the same way I did the other one. I will try again when I have more time.

awwwwwwwwwww those are SO cute. I wanted goats again out here but they just won't eat the local weeds. I had 2 Nigerian Mountain goats for milking before and i loved them. They would open our sliders to chase the cats adn the dogs would chase the goats through the house chasing the cats. Found them up on my jeep top reaching for the oak tree. They ate everything in sight. But they were great. Sadly when I left my ex, he had a goat BBQ to get back at me
I think we will just end up with 2 chickens, no goats.

My mom used to raise Nubians when I was a kid. They are adorable. One year, a nanny had triplets and wouldn't take care of them. So, each of us kids got one to raise. We even did the 2am bottle feedings. We used to take them for walks with harnesses/leashes. What fun!!
