Amante is standing funny, I hope he's OK

After I rode Amante today, I put him in the paddock. Within seconds he had assumed this position. In addition to the awkward stance, I also noticed a mysterious puddle of white foam under him. Has anyone seen this, should I call the vet?

I was able to snatch a photo. Please note the annoyed look on his face, he must be in pain

...a little privacy please! That is what his look is saying.
Actually, now that I look closer...he may be quite PROUD of his puddle and that is why he is straddling his legs so far apart...wide splash-zone.

Definitely, call the vet. That cross legged stance is a sure indicator of vetneedsaboatitis. It will take several visits and lots of expensive medication to cure this. In the meantime, make sure to keep him hydrated.
