Pasofantasy - thank you so much for your help and encouragement, the secret was in making an export file. Rather than doing a straight import from Photobucket. That is where in my program it renames itself with a numerical suffix. No pimples.
Look what Auntie Mommie Duchess brought down the field to show Primero (her best buddy).
This is Crystallana, orphan foal. She's a big girl, she drinks her milk out of a bucket.

She was born about three weeks ago (actually can't remember date because too much was going on) - the mare had a very hard birth, the baby was huge (momma was a large mare). Maiden mare, two week early birth. Baby at birth was the same size as a foal already two weeks old. The birth was unusual insofar as the mare pushed constantly even without contractions being visable. The front hooves presented, and then retracted. (very unusual). Vet believes that during the retraction the hooves cut blood supply off to lower intestine. They tried to save the mare (without going so far as planning on surgery). Unfortunately it was a no go.
It was very sad for me because of the fact that they kept the mare alive as long as possible until her milk started drying and foal was drinking from bucket. Anna Allan was a good momma and whinnied and looked after her foal even when she was in great pain.
Duchess accepted the foal with no problem. Had there been there was an older gelding to try, Primero or the herd leader Comet.
