Hey Red Ryder...be sure to check that the stitchdown will fit!

I had a friend buy one that didn't fit her Paso at all..it sat way above the horse and pitched her to & fro. I could get my entire arm under it...from cantle to pommel, and my arm is no small feature! I know they say that Orthoflex fits any horse...but I can tell you from experience, that they do NOT....and cannot be "made to" in cases such as the stichdown in particular... Just a "heads up".... BTW..Orthoflex dealer would NOT take the saddle back either...the lady spent something like $1400 for that "mistake"....

You can always buy it on a credit card...and if it just won't fit...and they refuse to make it right...send the saddle back along with a "charge-back" from your bank.... ;-)

I had the same problem with one I bought, and it wasn't a stitchdown. It was a patriot. Hated it.

Hey R.R... There is a used Orthoflex for sale at our feed store here..it is a western style looking saddle. It is fairly ornate with (I think) exotic/snakeskin (?) trims on it, has a padded looking seat..its a beauty...I think it had a breast collar going with it...I think they want $1200
I can sure check it out for you next time I get by there....
