John Henry made it to Iowa today. He took the trip well and we are happy and proud to have him. Here he is just off the trailer and doing a survey of his new home.

And then tonight, just a short ride around the house! First ride Dennis has gone on since his stroke two years ago.

I agree with the above sentiments...he's an incredible horse and you are so very lucky. I am sure Barb was thinking of John Henry when she sold him to you two. He'll have a great home and future there.

Congratulations and BIG CONGRATULATIONS to Dennis. Nice to see him BACK IN THE SADDLE!!! :rearing

Trudy, he couldn't have gotten a better home. 8-) I sure am glad I got to ride him before Barb parted w/him. He is surely a great horse and great producer.

We aren't Penny. I don't have it in me to drive a trailer in that kind of traffic. I get too nervous!!! Plus showing isn't what I really like to do. I also would like to go to Vegas to see that show to see the arena, IF mares aren't late with having their babies born. The one mare is due a couple weeks before but she sometimes goes over and she likes to have someone with her to help.
