And our first "tropical disturbance" is out there...south of Cuba. They just said on the news it COULD make tropical storm category today....yikes. We need the rain, but not a TS or hurricane!

Honey, I will take just about anything if we can get some rain. My pond is half dried up.

I am so hoping it comes this way. We are so dry here. But unfortunately I think it is going to go south of us.

I don't want it - its been raining in Miami plenty - but things are still looking kinda iffy so I don't know... as long as it doesn't make me go outside and pick up debree :-?

We had severe thunderstorm warnings in Ocala yesterday afternoon. Those crepe myrtle blossoms were dancing in the wind along with tree branches. I was trying to run errands before the storm hit, but I took cover for a while. After arriving back home, I heard about the warnings. It rained a few times yesterday. Today, it's been almost constant light rain, which Florida really needs.

We've had LOTS of rain - probably 3-4 inches, with lots more coming. Maybe some wind too - they say tropical storm force winds extend out 230 miles from the eye.

I'm in the office today, but think we'll close up and work from home tomorrow, not worth risking the commute.
