Viseaux is really growing. He was born May 6, and is finally standing still to be haltered. His leading still needs some improvement, but I am taking it slow, don't want to rush him. He entertained a group of girl scouts when he was about 2 weeks old. I sure wish I had my camera, but I was feeding him and the group asked me if they could pet him., well, when I brought 25 girlscouts in his pen, he was reluctant at first, but finally decided the invasion wasn't all that bad, and allowed them all to pet and fuss over him. He is turning out to be a real ham and definetly a people horse. He has campers coming over to the fence all the time and has learned that if he goes to them he gets petted and scratched.

He looks like his kindred out here for sure. Looks like he'll be black also.

Cute, love him running.

He is cute! Watch it with those campers though - they might decide to start feeding him odd stuff...

I agree with Coreen. Beware of the campers. My grandkids fed our yearling filly poison ivy. And $1500 later she was much better.

We had a heck of a time finding out what was causing her colic. And finally after both grandkids broke out and we did some questioning, we discovered what happened.
