Need help with costume class

Can anyone help me with the write up part of the costume class? I have one made up but I do not know if it is done right for a PFHA pointed show. I've used it for our fair's up here, but never for an actual PF show. It would be greatly appreciated if I could get some guildance from someone that knows what is expected of this.

well for PFHA the character is supposed to somehow tie in with Paso Fino history isnt it? Kinda need hints at what you already have..

I have been using for my costume the spanish gypsie idea. More or less need to know if this is acceptable? My write up consists of this theme. Is this permissable to the PFHA?

In that era may have been ;-)
Who said it only had to be Queen Isabella ? Or a conquistador ? Why must the costumes be only the elite ?
JMHO - but if I was doing the judging - I would give extra points for creative and originality!

I need to know if I'm allowed to use this theme in PFHA shows, cuase I'm debating on showing this year in costume and if it's not permissable I'm gonna have to figure something else out or discard the idea!
Come on folks I need to know...........PLease help, I've never shown costume at a pointed show!!!
