Yep my boys get about 4acres of treed and meadow pasture, very very nice...

$160 is a great deal, however 1.5yrs ago I was only paying $100mo per horse...

my prev guy was charging me $150mo then doubled to $300 per horse.. I could never afford that..

Looks like a great place.
I always found it odd with Minnesota's high cost of living and loooong winters, that you can still find places to board horses at very reasonable (if not cheap) rates.

I hope it's close to you. I found pasture board here in Ky for $125/month (most of the year) but it's 35 miles away. The horse likes it there and I'm allowed to bring my dog to the farm with me, so I make the drive. ( and some people think the animals are here for OUR benefit  )

That place is beautiful! Your horses must be very happy and it must be nice to be at a place that is so clean and professional looking!

Thanks all!!

herein MN board is pretty high, MOST places are $200-$300 per month and stall board is $350 and up...

But I dont stall I just pasture board.. My boys like to be out...

It is only 18miles away, my old palce was 28miles so I am saving 20miles round trip!! and w/gas prices that is making me really happy to. I just hope it works out long term and the rates stay the same! :D

I think most horses are happier to be outside as long as they have some shelter during storms/snow.

That place is awesome! At first, I was a little worried when I didn't see any horses - lol! Then, I saw your boys and how happy they look!

congratulations!
