Anybody recognize Bill R. Bailey of Bailey brothers, in Bluefield, West Virginia? This mare Triquena, has a Coggins paper from 1983 reflecting Bill Bailey as the owner/agent. Anybody heard of him? Any contact info?

Jackie Bailey used to work as show secretary I believe. I haven't heard the Bailey name in a long time.

Terry , I just called Jackie Bailey that said she bought her from a army guy that brought her here from PR. She can not remember the man's name. It was nice talking to Jackie . Jackie said that Robin Ratliff bought Triquena from her.
It may be that Robin may know more about her as Rosalie Mc Williams did a lot of research as to the mares reg. by inspection. Barb Preiss
