For those of you who have never been able to go to a show or are new or whatever, this weekend was such a blast!!
We got to meet Lori who is sexxxxxy so we offered her up to woo men into the Largo race unbeknownst to Lori lol, Donelle and her roomie, CarolU, Judy, Cindy, Jaimie, Andrea and her friend from NY, and a bunch of great Paso people.
Without them, I can say we would have been so lost! I am so glad I insisted on having the weekend off for this and for Troy to go. It showed him why he fell in love with this breed and why this breed is so awesome.
He had his heart set on that gelding, but realized tonight, so many Pasos have that great temperament and one day we will find some for us. We will just keep looking and it will happen.
We did notice most of the show horses were pretty standoffish and said, "Talk to the butt". We found one really sweet stallion that was a site to behold. (And for sale for $9,500)
We saw the good and not so good in Paso people, but I have to say the majority was the good. Most everyone was so friendly and nice.
I can't wait until the next show we get to go to, even if it may be next year. We will even offer up a place to stay if anyone doesn't want or can't stay at a hotel.
We are still on the Paso high that addicts one to this breed.
None of my pics came out of the show. I have figured out that even though I have a flash, it needed a big external flash. Argh! Just means I need to get one before the next show.
