Ok everyone this lady many of you do not know , she does not own horses, only dogs. We met and became friends during a DART (Disaster Animal Recue Team) certification class I attended last year. Since then she is constantly staying ihn touch with me to see who needs what.
Then why post on the paso board you ask?
This lady is very special to many of you paso owners because her name is Diane Albers and as the past president of the FAKC (Florida Association of Kennel Clubs) She saw to it the expenses were covered (gas, supplies ect) so we could get help and supplies to many of you in the Gulf Region. She paid our gas and sent many supplies to us so we could carry them to those of you who were in need.
She saw to it all of our travel expenses were paid and believe that was a chunk of change. Don't believe it just ask paso mom who would put 10-20 gallons of gas per stop to our 4-10. Running joke but oh so true. I know for a fact Paso mom spent close to $500 or better on gas and was paid back by Diane.
Here is a conversation I just had with her in instant message and I was only asking about her son who was injured and had surgery yesterday.

DJA0218 [12:58 AM]: He had surgery yesterday and he will be fine if he stays off it for six weeks. That is going to be very hard for him as he has is own business and no work no money and he also has employees. So I don't know what is going to happen I go tomorrow to get the results of my heart tests. Do you see Chris headed for us this weekend?

DJA0218 [1:03 AM]: I thought you knew. Lots of things but the final tests will come in tomorrow and then we will know what they can do. Two of my arteries in my heart are closed but they grew bypasses on their own the third is dialeted. I can't have bypass as my arteries are too small. The problem since Jan is that they believe that the mito valve has collasped but they are not 100% sure. If the tests still say the same then I will have to have it replaced. As I said tomorrow we will kno. If you have any prayers send them up
