Avatar Help

With Troy's avatar we have tried all 3 ways. It was under 80 x 80 amd under 6kb. Nothing is working no matter what we try. He has tried on his computer and I have tried on mine. He used his links on his, I tried my links on here. I have never had this kind of trouble on a bb before, help!

post what link you are using..can you get it to show up in the regular message body as a pic?

Everything works fine elsewhere just not on his profile. Not even uploading it. My profile is fine. Unsure why no matter what his does not work. He can't even get the list of avatars to choose from to open up. His profile is broke.

I think Lori can fix that. I seem to remember several people having that problem when the BB was new.
